Join Horn Field Campus in this year's Haunted Trail on Saturday, October 27, 2024 for a great opportunity to get engaged with Macomb and the surrounding community. We are looking for individuals to help be ‘scarers’ for this event as well as a few additional tasks which are as follows:
- Act as trail scarers
- Assist with decorating a week prior (if you or an organization would like to be reserved a portion of the trail to decorate with your own materials, please let us know)
- Promotion of the event (be sure to tell your friends about it!)
- Pumpkin Carving (while the supply of uncarved pumpkins last)
This event does have a large time commitment for the day of, as well as an additional day prior to the event. The following times are a layout of the expectations:
- Week prior T, W, or Th from 3-5 pm | Assist with the decoration of the trails
- Friday, October 25 at 5:00 pm | Trail Walkthrough with Scarers
- Sunday, October 27 at 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm | Day of event
How to sign up to help as a:
- individual: click "respond" then put what you are hoping to help with in the "response notes" box
- team / origination: click "respond as team" and add the origination / team name, add those who are going to potentially be on the team, select a person who checks their emails as the 'team leader' then submit! After receiving the team response, we will reach out requesting further information.
