Traditions Health Hospice

Traditions Health Hospice goes to where the patient calls home. We provide dignity and support for patients and families. Volunteers are matched close to where they live and with patients that would be a good fit for them.

We are a Hospice company working with end-of-life cares. Our volunteers provide support, companionship and socialization for patients in facilities. Birthdays, life reviews, tactile projects, Dare to Dream events, veteran programs, celebrations and so much more.
