Who We Are
Victim Services is a special department of Western Illinois Regional Council (WIRC) that provides free and confidential services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, child abuse, and all other forms of abuse.
What We Do
Victim Services domestic violence legal advocates and counselors are ready to help survivors of all ages with: Orders of Protection Stalking No Contact Orders Emotional support during court proceedings In-person, virtual, or phone counseling Assisting with a safety plan Temporary emergency shelter
